What we collect
Information you choose to send us through our contact and training-plan request form: name, work email, organization, phone (optional), and the details of your request. Our website does not use advertising trackers, does not collect IP-based location profiles, and does not sell personal information.
How we use it
To respond to your request, scope and quote training, and communicate about services you asked about. We will not add you to marketing emails without a separate, explicit opt-in.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider (Netlify) solely to deliver your message to us. We disclose information only if required by law.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records, then deleted on request.
Your choices
Email joshuapeterson@edstraining.org to access, correct, or delete your information.
